Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the use of all sites, platforms, and contracts under the Arasue Horizon ecosystem.
1. General Ecosystem Users
By accessing arasue.com or any of our associated domains, you agree to use the site solely for lawful purposes. Reverse engineering, automated data extraction (scraping), or any attempt to breach our technological infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
2. Arasue Forge and Studios Clients
Software development services (SaaS, platforms) and creative production are additionally governed by specific Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA). Arasue retains intellectual property of base libraries (The Arasue Standard) unless explicitly transferred in a Work for Hire contract.
3. Arasue Labs Customers
When purchasing physical products (consumer goods, food, etc.), you agree to our Shipping and Returns Policies. Due to the nature of organic and perishable products, returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or transport damage, notifying within the first 48 hours upon receipt.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arasue Horizon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Our total liability regarding any service shall not exceed the amount paid for such service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
